      <image:caption>-Discuss the functions of macronutrients and how to pair them to best make a filling meal and snack -Review sources of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats (including vegetarians and vegans as well) -Discuss specific balanced snack ideas -Discuss quick, on the go recipe ideas, including examples using frozen and pre-prepped foods -Discuss portion sizes for specific food groups -Discuss recipe websites I love, and tools to make meal prep easy and fast! -Problem solve meal planning and prep with a family! -Work to repair relationships with foods (ALL FOODS FIT!) -Discuss how introduce foods back into the diet in a slow, realistic and positive manner -Provide a no-judgment source of accountability and positive support, and many other things I can’t think of right now -DISCLAIMER: If you are interested in keto, carnivore diets or intermittent fasting, I am not the dietitian for you. The other thing I DO NOT do: is provide a specific meal plan telling you exactly what to eat every day. Why? If I make meal plans, often these are full of foods I enjoy vs. the client. And that is NOT helpful. I would rather make general macronutrient recommendations, and help the client problem solve meal planning themselves. Also, I am not your mom.</image:caption>
